The Performance Art Symposium ACT.MOVE.PERFORM. Performance Art and Performativity in Art, Education and Research takes place from September 30th to October 8th, 2017 in Dresden, Germany. The weeklong event is divided into the following sections:

ACT.MOVE.PERFORM. at Siebeneichen,
// The artistic opening of the symposium week will take place on 30.9.’17 at 4 pm, at “Zentralwerk” (Riesaer Str. 32 / 01127 Dresden / room “Farbwerk”).
// Following this, performances by BBB Johannes Deimling, the performance group Seite.30 as well as by three students of TU Desden will be presented.
// On Sunday, 1.10.’17, starting at 2 pm until 8 pm following artists will perform: Stefanie Trojan, Vivian Chinasa Ezugha, Dorothea Rust, Nezaket Ekici, Wolfgang Sautermeister and Arti Grabowski.
// Israeli atist Kineret Haya Max will perform live on Wednesday, 4.10. in Siebeneichen castle
// The opening of our performance week will take place on 2.10.’17 at 9.15am in the large hall of Siebeneichen castle. Please keep in mind: the number of participants for each workshop is limited, but you get the valuable chance to register in the second half of the week for another workshop with a different artist.
// The first workshop series will start on Monday, 2.10., at 10am
// The second workshop will start on Wednesday, 4.10., at 2:30pm
Please contact our student associate Paulina Kaping via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) until 22.09.2017, if you would like to attend only one of the workshops. This information will help with planning and preparing the event.
// Monday until Thursday you have the opportunity to attend evening lectures of the artists. They will talk about their individual artistic strategies and procedures.
6.10., in the afternoon:
// After lunch we will start our way to Dresden to enjoy the presentation of performances BBB Johannes Deimling worked on with his pupils at Albertinum. After a conversation and hot drink with BBB Johannes Deimling and his workshop group we will then say goodbye.
